Brisk Solar has received orders for solar powered irrigation water pumps to be used in West Africa. Solar powered water pumps will replace irrigation farm pumps that were previously powered by generator or manually operated.
Brisk Solar has a contract in place and is moving forward with manufacturing and installing Solar Powered Telecom Tower Conversion Kits in Africa. The solar powered cell towers will replace the use of fuel powered generators.
Brisk has established a North American solar installation network.
Brisk Solar Mexico acquires warehouse and plant just outside of Mexico City! The plant is fully staffed and is currently producing Solar products. Using the existing space BSM will construct a Solar panel manufacturing plant in 2010 to fill existing orders. Official name "BRISK ENERGIAS RENOVABLES MEXICO SA DE CV”
Brisk Solar Inc increases Solar to go product line.
Brisk Solar Inc has already entered into Letters of Intent within the global energy sector (USA, Canada, Latin America, Africa), which is resulting in immediate income and increasing BSI's net asset value. BSI has also secured an exclusive relationship with one of the world's major home renovation retail centers, and has committed to jointly develop the solar retail market (which is estimated at roughly $5 billion in the next five years)

Code of Ethics
Introduction and Purpose
This Code of Ethics sets out the ethical and behavioral standards expected of directors, officers, employees and contractors. The purpose of the Code is to underpin and support the Company's vision and values that govern our individual and collective behavior.
The vision and values set out below are an integral part of the Corporate Vision. To achieve this vision the following values guide all our activities:

- deal fairly with our customers, suppliers and joint venture participants
- provide a safe and rewarding work environment
- deliver value to shareholders
Fair Dealing, Due Care
Brisk Solar will be honest and fair in all our dealings with shareholders, joint venture participants, customers, suppliers, professional advisors, competitors and other stakeholders. We will maintain a high standard of competence, only undertaking work that we can expect to complete with professional competence.
Our obligations will be completed with care and in a timely manner. All projects will be attended to in accordance with the technical and professional standards appropriate to that work.
These same high standards will govern recruitment and employment practices with colleagues being treated with respect and dignity.
Use of Company Assets and Property
Brisk Solar will be diligent in protecting Company assets and property within our control. Corporate information committed to Brisk Solar will remain confidential and be used in the best interests of the Company and not for personal gain.
We will keep Brisk Solar's corporate information confidential, at all times. In particular we will comply with the provisions of the Corporate Information and Trading Policy. Compliance with all Laws, Regulations and Rules We will at all times act honestly and in good faith, and comply with all applicable laws, including legislation, regulations, local by-laws and Rules and codes of practice in the countries in which the Company operates.
Professional Behavior, Compliance with Corporate Policies
We will conduct ourselves in a manner consistent with the values of the Company and refrain from any conduct that might bring discredit.
In particular, the CEO, CFO and all finance staff will refrain from taking any action that fraudulently influences, coerces, manipulates, or misleads the firm engaged in the performance of the audit of the financial statements of the Company (and subsidiaries) for the purpose of rendering, or likely to render, such financial statements materially misleading. We will at all times behave and conduct ourselves in a manner that is consistent with the Company's vision and values as set out in this Code, and will comply with all Corporate Policies.
Compliance with Code of Ethics
This Code forms part of every Brisk Solar employee's conditions of employment. Failure to comply with the Code can result in disciplinary action including, where appropriate, dismissal. Compliance with this Code shall be taken into account on a regular basis when assessing individual performance. Failure of contractors to comply with this Code may result in termination of the contractor's contract for services with the Company.
If any person becomes aware of a breach, or suspected breach, of this Code, they must report it immediately to their manager and company secretary for action. If this is inappropriate or uncomfortable for the individual, the breach, or suspected breach, should be reported to another member of the senior management team and the company secretary for action.
No action will be taken against any individual reporting a breach, or suspected breach, by virtue of that report. Subject to any legal restriction, the name of the person disclosing the information pertaining to breach, or suspected breach, of this Code will be kept confidential. CEO and Senior Financial Officer will maintain a code of ethics covering senior financial officers, including the CEO.
The ethical and behavioral standards reflected in that Act are the basic tenets of ethical and professional conduct adopted by the Company in this Code for all its staff and contractors, and as such apply equally to the CEO and CFO, and any other senior finance staff.
