Brisk Solar has received orders for solar powered irrigation water pumps to be used in West Africa. Solar powered water pumps will replace irrigation farm pumps that were previously powered by generator or manually operated.
Brisk Solar has a contract in place and is moving forward with manufacturing and installing Solar Powered Telecom Tower Conversion Kits in Africa. The solar powered cell towers will replace the use of fuel powered generators.
Brisk has established a North American solar installation network.
Brisk Solar Mexico acquires warehouse and plant just outside of Mexico City! The plant is fully staffed and is currently producing Solar products. Using the existing space BSM will construct a Solar panel manufacturing plant in 2010 to fill existing orders. Official name "BRISK ENERGIAS RENOVABLES MEXICO SA DE CV”
Brisk Solar Inc increases Solar to go product line.
Brisk Solar Inc has already entered into Letters of Intent within the global energy sector (USA, Canada, Latin America, Africa), which is resulting in immediate income and increasing BSI's net asset value. BSI has also secured an exclusive relationship with one of the world's major home renovation retail centers, and has committed to jointly develop the solar retail market (which is estimated at roughly $5 billion in the next five years)

Management Team
Mel H Farrell - Chairman of the Board
Mr Farrell is also the founder of Brisk Solar Inc. He has brought more than three decades of domestic and international experience in the management of ongoing and start-up public and private companies and business development. Currently Mr. Farrell is the CEO of FEC Finance Energy Corporation and founded Brisk Solar Inc ( BSI ) in 2008.
Previously, Mr. Farrell served as Chief Executive Officer at an Alberta Oil and Gas company and jointly contributed to a 75% increase in its share price. Mr. Farrell is an expert in public relations and corporate finance.
Joseph Haynes - CEO Brisk Solar Inc
Joseph Haynes brings an intimate understanding of the global sustainable technology market, along with a passion for Solar Energy. Joseph spent his early career working in Labor relations with various trade unions. This initial experience has left him with a deep appreciation and concern for the workers and management that are vital to building and running a successful manufacturing facility. Joseph entered the world of 'Green' business with a publicly traded company called Converted Organics Inc. Joseph eventually rose to the position of National Sales Manager, overseeing many agents and reps that operated in diverse markets ranging from retail, to professional turf, to commercial agriculture. Joseph left Converted Organics to found a company called Afriganics, which designs and markets organic fertilizer specifically for the West African Agriculture industry. Joseph has spent about 3 months each year in West Africa . His extensive experience in dealing with undeveloped countries will greatly assist Brisk Solar Inc's penetration into the essential emerging markets. Joseph received a double major from Brandeis University.
Brad Udell - Vice President of Operations
Brad brings several years of experience in management and consulting services to Brisk Solar. He most recently aided in the growth and development of a publicly traded oil and gas company prior to accepting a position with Brisk Solar.
Lou McKinney - CFO
Lou was first appointed an Officer of the Company in January 2007 and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at the same time. In addition to being an Officer of Finance Energy Corp, he serves as President of No 134 Corporate Ventures Ltd, an entity with whom we currently have a consulting agreement. He is also a Director of Pacific Therapeutics Ltd, a Biotech start-up company.
Lou has provided senior management and financial consulting services for over 30 years,most recently from 2001 to 2006, as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Genesis Bioventures, Inc. a biomedical company focused on the development and marketing of cancer diagnostics. He was a co-founder of Ondine Biopharma Inc, where he served as CFO and Director until 1999 and, from 1997 to 1998, worked as a financial advisor to Forbes Medi-Tech, Inc, a publicly listed biopharmaceutical company. Previously, he was President and CEO of two Canadian Securities firms and served as Manager of Corporate Services for C.M. Oliver & Company, a British Columbia brokerage firm. From 1961 to 1986 he held senior management positions in large real estate development and construction companies and was President and CEO of a Canadian institutional food distributor. He obtained his CA with Thorne, Mulholland, Howson and McPherson, one of the predecessor firms to KPMG.
Kristine Greavette - Controller
Kristine brings with her three years experience working with a publicly traded Oil & Gas Company. And fifteen years experience accounting and controlling finances both locally and internationally.
She is in charge of all finance systems and internal controls and is focused on all of the day-to-day accounting and financial management for the Corporation.
Armando Romero M. Renstrom - Chief Technology Officer
Armando holds a Masters degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Mexico (www.unam.mx) with a specialization in fluids and electronics. He was also a professor in the Thermodynamics Engineering Laboratory. His professional career has focused on the design, fabrication and installation of:
- Automatic hydraulic systems for fire extinguishing
- Electrical systems for power distribution and power substations
- PLC and PC and electrical special control devices
- Special machinery for process automation
Armando Romero Guasp - Head of Research and Development
Armando’s background is in Computer Science. He studied at the Technologico de Estudios Superiores deMontery (www.cem.itesm.mx) and led the design and promotion team for the Computer Systems Student Organization. In 1990 he joined the Brisk Solar group as business development manager responsible for establishing strategic alliances and building up the commercial product line of the Group. Armando has successfully built and maintained key relationships with leading companies in refrigeration process, materials handling and vacuum technologies equipment. This success is largely driven by Armando’s effectiveness in being the liaison between individuals and organizations with diverse backgrounds. His effective use of common dialogue platforms while focusing on "win-win" scenarios has made him an invaluable asset to the company.
Richard Aleo - President Global Sales
Rich has 32 years of wholesale selling experience as president and founder of a large independent manufacturer’s representative agency representing over eighty major manufacturers with annual sales exceeding fifty million dollars. Rich has spent the last twenty years introducing renewable energy products into the marketplace. Rich has been involved in the solar industry for over 18 years initially introducing solar powered outdoor lighting into the retail marketplace. Rich also served as the Executive Vice President of Sales for Converted Organic Inc., a publicly traded company that converts food waste to organic fertilizer. The combination of leadership and the ability to gain major distribution and product placement in the marketplace has given Rich the opportunity to convert his passion for the environment into profitable environmentally sound business for Brisk Solar Inc.

David P. Yerema
David P. Yerema graduated from the now University of British Columbia, Okanagan campus in1998 with a combined degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics. He then attended the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his law degree in 2001. He currently practices law in Kelowna, British Columbia.
